| Reservations for both camping and livery services are strongly recommended. We get booked up very quickly for weekends in late June, July and August. The months of May, June, September and weekdays during ANY month are quieter. Deposits are required for all tube, canoe, kayak & campsite reservations. All campers are expected to read and abide by our guides for good camping. Deposit Policy Deposits are required within 14 days of making your reservation*. Deposits for each campsite are equal to one night’s rate. Canoe and kayaks require $10.00 for each watercraft. Tubes require a $1 deposit per tube. Deposits are accepted in cash, by personal check or with the following credit cards (they will be charged immediately): Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If we do not receive a deposit within 14 days of your reservation your sites/watercraft will no longer be held in your name. They will be automatically cancelled. *If you are making reservations for next season, deposits are not required until Feb 1st (Reservations may be made just over a year ahead of time, starting May 1st of each year; for example we will begin taking reservations for the 2013 season on May 1st of 2012) Cancellation Policy If you should have to cancel a reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. When you call, it is important that you write down your cancellation confirmation number and the name of the person you are talking to. These are required if there is a dispute over your refund. We will give a 100% refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your reservation. If you cancel more than 7 days, but less than 14, we will refund 50% of your deposit. There will be NO REFUND of your deposit if you cancel less than 7 days in advance. |
