| Reservations for both camping and livery services are strongly recommended. We get booked up very quickly for weekends in late June, July and August. The months of May, June, September and weekdays during ANY month are quieter. Deposits are required for all tube, canoe, kayak & campsite reservations. All campers are expected to read and abide by our guides for good camping. Deposit Policy Deposits are required within 10 days of making your reservation*. Deposit Amounts for each: Campsites - one night’s rate Canoes - $20, Kayaks - $10.00, Tubes - $2 Deposits are accepted in cash, by personal check or with the following credit cards (they will be charged immediately): Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. *If you are making reservations for next season, deposits are not required until Feb 1st (Reservations may be made just over a year ahead of time, starting May 1st of each year; for example we will begin taking reservations for the 2014 season on May 1st of 2013) Cancellation & Refund Policy After Feb 1st each year, sites & watercraft without deposits will be cancelled. If you've already paid your deposit & then cancel your reservations, you'll need a CONFIRMATION number in order to process any refund. We will give 90% refunds on all deposits if you cancel at least 10 days prior to your reservation start date 10% of the deposit only will be kept for processing fees 0% will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to your reservation start date.
